- All new watches and other products sold by Buy-BelowRetail.com are guaranteed to be genuine
and in new condition, and are also guaranteed to be free from defects
for a period of at least two years.
While the incidence
of defects in new watches is extremely low, there may be occasions in
which warranty work becomes necessary. In most cases, any warranty work
will be handled directly between you and the manufacturer. In some cases
in which Buy-BelowRetail.com is not an authorized agent or service center for
the manufacturer, all repairs or replacements will be handled by Buy-BelowRetail.com. Those watches of which Buy-BelowRetail.com is not an authorized
dealer will be accompanied by a warranty card detailing our written guarantee,
the brand of watch, model number, serial number (where applicable) and
date of purchase. In addition, Buy-BelowRetail.com keeps detailed sales records
so that we may better answer your questions regarding past purchases (such
as warranty work or insurance appraisals in the event of loss). If a watch
sold by Buy-BelowRetail.com is warranted by the manufacturer, it is clearly stated
in the Buy-BelowRetail.com web catalog in conjunction with the item's description
and price. The absence of such a statement indicates that there is no
manufacturer's warranty.
In our experience,
most warranty work requires simple adjustments or battery replacement.
However, in the event of a return for repairs of watches under warranty,
Buy-BelowRetail.com reserves the right to replace or repair the watch at our discretion.
Water damage or damage due to neglect or misuse is not covered by any
manufacturer or by Buy-BelowRetail.com.

Extended Warranty
- Buy-BelowRetail.com will extend the original manufacturer's warranty
or the Buy-BelowRetail.com warranty for a period of two years. The Buy-BelowRetail.com
FREE Extended Warranty does not include battery replacements, regular
cleaning maintenance, shipping charges or damage due to neglect or misuse
of the watch.
Vintage Watches
- All watches
sold by Buy-BelowRetail.com are guaranteed to be genuine* and are guaranteed
to be free from defects for a period of at least thirty days and up
to two years depending on the particular watch.
While the incidence
of defects in our vintage and preowned watches is low, there may be
occasions in which warranty work becomes necessary. In such cases, the
watch will need to be returned to Buy-BelowRetail.com for service. Any
work performed on your watch outside of Buy-BelowRetail.com, without
our authorization, will be at the expense of you, the buyer. In addition,
unauthorized service will result in voiding the warranty of the watch.
In our experience, most warranty
work requires simple only simple adjustments. However, in the event of a return
for repairs of watches under warranty, Buy-BelowRetail.com reserves the right
to repair the watch as we deem necessary. Water damage or damage due to
neglect or misuse is not covered by Buy-BelowRetail.com.

regarding your past purchases (such as warranty work or insurance appraisals

*Some Vintage watches may
have refinished dials. If this is the case, it will be stated in the description.
In the event of
a return, Buy-BelowRetail.com is happy to offer a refund on any Vintage
or preowned watch within 30 days of the purchase date.
Writing Instruments
- All writing instruments sold by Buy-BelowRetail.com are guaranteed
to be genuine and in new condition. Warranty work on most writing instruments
will be handled directly between you and the manufacturer. In some cases
in which Buy-BelowRetail.com is not an authorized agent or service center
for the manufacturer, all repairs or replacements will be handled by
Buy-BelowRetail.com on our premises. Those writing instruments of which
Buy-BelowRetail.com is not an authorized dealer will be accompanied
by a warranty card from Buy-BelowRetail.com, which details the terms
of our written guarantee (one year in most cases), the brand, model
number, serial number (where applicable) and date of purchase. In addition,
Buy-BelowRetail.com keeps detailed sales records so that we may better
answer your questions regarding past purchases (such as warranty work
or insurance appraisals in the event of loss). If a writing instrument
sold by Buy-BelowRetail.com is warranted by the manufacturer, it is

Warranty and Repair
Information
If your watch is normally backed by a one year warranty (i.e. most
of the Swiss watches), Buy-BelowRetail will double it at no cost
to you. Where the manufacturer's warranty is two years or longer, we
match it.
Since we have watch makers on duty seven days a week, chances are your
watch will be back on your wrist within a week or two (much sooner than
if you sent it to Switzerland or other service repair centers!).
